This is why Maxtron has set up sub branches in several countries as Maxtron sales offices or in partnerships with existing companies, so that the customer is able to purchase a system right away without having to take care of import procedures or foreign currencies.

Some of our competitors emphasize the point of production in Western Countries vs. China. Maxtron has distributors in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Australia. Our distributors are always there for our customers, Maxtron understands that service cannot been done from an office, but on site.

Maxtron can be helpful by supervising the on-site installation or complete installed systems depending on customer needs.

Maxtron offers a full installation service in the United States. We are working together with a special structure installation company that can handle complete installation service on large projects. The company is based and fully insured in the U.S.

Maxtron understands there are companies that are unable to provide service on erected rides because of height, lack of knowledge, or misunderstanding of light systems that have been provided to customers. We believe that service cannot been done from a chair in an officet, therefore we provide trained personal to supervise on-site projects. This is our strength. Maxtron is there for our customers: from the design to installation and service.

For basic light systems, Maxtron offers 7 colors. Up to 64 colors are available for special light systems.

Yes you can! Maxtron offers a variety of possibilities to link several show light systems or even to a music show. It is possible to run show sequnces of a keyboard in live modus or via a software using DMX controlled shows.

We know the fact of advertising the location of production, in regards to some of our competitors. These are empty promises and cheap propaganda. The fact is, that most components for LED lights and chips are manufactured in Asia, no matter who provides the light systems. There is nothing wrong with that; what is important is the workability of the system and the service. We are living in a global society where people of all countries work together. Knowledge, experience, and progress are much more important than outdated stereotypes.

Yes! Maxtron is working together with installation and service teams in Europe, the U.S. and Middle America to offer scheduled service plans. Trained technicians in several countries are available to service your light package, whether it is under warranty or not, new or several years old.
